HAVE DONE NUMEROUS TESTS AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF DAY AND NIGHT AND ALWAYS YOUR SPEEDS ARE SLOWER THAN 500KB/S. I CAN BARELY LOAD EMAIL OR IMAGES AND MY DATA WAS JUST RESET AND IS STILL THE SAME. I WON'T BE YOUR CUSTOMER MUCH LONGER.
Gg, I'm sorry you are experiencing slow speeds. That sounds like there may be a reason for your slow speeds that can be corrected. Please send an email with your account and contact information to firstname.lastname@example.org and, ask them to look at your account and see if they can see what might be causing continually slow speeds for you.
They will look into it, and see what can be done to improve your speeds. Slow speeds at all hours of the day, even when you have data remaining indicate there might be a problem that can be corrected but, only Exede/Viasat employees can see what needs to be done so, send that email and let them help you.
