Internet connection problem

Our modem will not connect properly. It has been completely (the entire system) disconnected, and then re-booted. This has been done a few times over the last several days, ever since we had really bad weather. The dish did have some snow on it, but it has since melted off, but the connection will not come back. When the modem is re-booted it indicates that it is uploading, but it will not download from the satellite. It just won't make a connection. What else do I need to do to get this issue resolved. There is nothing blocking the signal, and as I said snow is no longer an issue. We are having cloudy and rainy weather still though.

It sounds like something got damaged in the storm. I would recommend calling Exede customer care and scheduling a tech to come out to have a look. You can find the support number at https://www.exede.com/contact-us-exede/.

I agree with Joshua. You may have got water in tria or dish might have got out of line. I had that problem once where got condensation in tria. I could see on the inside glass that's by the dish and it was all fogged up and moisture. Called Exede and they had nice service people come out and they did a great job. Put in new tria and checked everything. If you have repairs hope you get some great repair men.
