Our modem will not connect properly. It has been completely (the entire system) disconnected, and then re-booted. This has been done a few times over the last several days, ever since we had really bad weather. The dish did have some snow on it, but it has since melted off, but the connection will not come back. When the modem is re-booted it indicates that it is uploading, but it will not download from the satellite. It just won't make a connection. What else do I need to do to get this issue resolved. There is nothing blocking the signal, and as I said snow is no longer an issue. We are having cloudy and rainy weather still though.
