I'm getting an "oops" message when trying to login

When logging into myexede, I enter my username and password and my dashboard shows up on the screen and begins downloading as usual. Everytime my usage detail updates, this is after the "welcome Rhett ?)>(" appears, the dashboard immediately disappears and I get an "oops, you no longer have access....."

Send an email with your account information to exedelistens@viasat.com. Or call 855-463-9333 if it doesn't correct itself by morning. It's loading then giving me the same "Oops" message as soon as the dashboard loads.

I'm guessing it's maintenance so, give it until morning then contact them if it still isn't working properly.
