If I only have so much on my card and pay like majority of my bill, can I pay the rest later without it being disconnected?

My card had less money than I expected and my bill was 64 dollars and odd cents. I paid the 61 dollars, can I pay it from a different card without it being disconnected??

Angela, to avoid being disconnected, call 855-463-9333 ASAP and pay the remaining balance on another card, explain the situation to them.

Hi Angela,

Unfortunately if your card is on file it will try to charge for the full amount automatically. If you call the number above you can take it off autopay and make a partial payment. Keep in mind that there's still a chance the service will be interrupted.

WOW! THAT'S FRIGID. DISCONNECTED FOR $3 AND SOME CHANGE, REALLY? I had a similar problem and I wanted them to take a one time payment on another card instead of debiting my card. No way Jose they wouldn't do it. So I paid the bill a week early on my other card because I knew that if they tried to debit my card of record it would get rejected so I wasn't going to get double charged (as had happened once before). Just remember you can make partial payments early. Just make sure you have the proper negative balance before the bill is due.
