I'd like to change my billing due date

My bill is always due on the 24 the, but I don't get a check till the first. This gets my service suspended for the last week every month, can I change when my bill is due?

Exede can change your billing date. Send an email with your account and contact info to exedelistens@viasat.com or give them a call at 866.945.3258. Explain that you need to change your billing date because of your check coming after your current  billing date.

Hi Wanda, good news is that you do have the option to change your billing cycle date but you must be at a 0 balance before your cycle can be updated. Feel free to give us a call at 866.945.3258 or send us an email to exedelistens@viasat.com and we can get this taken care of when you’re ready.
