i was lied to by new customer department when i signed on and misled.but what will they do about it viasat should have to deal with theyre in company issues and no an apology 2gbs of data or 25.00 credit will not suffice considering many have complained about the same thing before i signed up and nothings been or going to be done as far as i can tell how bout just allow me out of my contract without the financial burden .or change policy, or give me what i pay for and others with the same issues.

If its about usage, try disconnecting unused devices. I let the neighbor use our wifi  and his Xbox one used about 5 gigs or more a day, even while not being used. Satellite  tv box's will do the same thing if connected to your network.
