I want my refund

I cancelled my service 12/1. I was no longer in contract. The money was taken from my account, when the rep specifically told me it would not be. I called to complain was told I would have to wait 7-14 business days for a refund and I am still waiting! it has been longer than the stated time frame, my equipment was returned and received 12/19, so what is the excuse? in addition I can no longer get customer service to help me. Inexcusable!

Well you're no longer under any obligation to use mediation with them.  Call and tell them the refund better appear, or they'll see you in small claims court.
