I cancelled my service 12/1. I was no longer in contract. The money was taken from my account, when the rep specifically told me it would not be. I called to complain was told I would have to wait 7-14 business days for a refund and I am still waiting! it has been longer than the stated time frame, my equipment was returned and received 12/19, so what is the excuse? in addition I can no longer get customer service to help me. Inexcusable!
