Did you get my email last week about how your new Texting Center didn’t correspond with your billing department?I wrote you that I got an email from you around Nov. 6th saying that I was over my limit and would be Throttled from then on. I went to my texting app and texted you, as directed, saying MORE and CONFIRM. I did this TWICE because it didn’t take the first time. It didn’t take the SECOND time either! So now you’re charging me for both of the ten GBs that I DIDN’T receive! Please correct this immediately! ************ address removed On Nov 16, 2017, at 5:36 PM, Exede Internet wrote:To view this email as a web page, go here. Definable some misunderstanding on Mary's part.  20 gigs extra would be $190.00, plus your plan price.

Yep, 10.00 buys 1 GB, not 10 GB. it's 9.99 PER GB when you buy more data.

Others charge $15.  What does Hughes charge Gabe?

$3 per GB, but the smallest refill "token" you can buy is 3GB.

I should add that this only refers to Gen4 and Gen5.  The old legacy plans have smaller tokens available as they are daily refill plans, and refill data is more expensive, overall, because of that.

No doubt, though I've been lucky enough that I've never had to purchase a token in the thirteen years I've had HughesNet (I'm a data miser).  With that said, when I had my legacy plan I did occasionally use one of the free ones they would give each month with said plans to refill my data for the day.

Thanks for the compliment.  :)
