Username and password for my wildblue email account have not changed.

BINGO!!!!!!!!!! I have an IPad, since Wildblue went to the new platform my IPad also receives mail but WILL NOT send mail, my message tells me incorrect e mail or password!!! HELLO, we have one email and one password, Our e mail is fine on the desk top but does not work on my IPAD, Wildblue tried to tell me to call apple, that is was their problem, not!!! Wildblue is screwed for tablet and sending e mails, e mail works on my phone through Verizon, go figure. I have talked to high up tech support at Wildblue and had them put in my e mail and password, still does not work!!!!!!!!! I am pretty aggravated with Wildblue!! They do not know or have the answer for the fix for this, my Ipad is the new one that I got at Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Carol, I;m sorry you are not able to send email on your tablet. I am including a link that gives all the setting needed. This includes various links to specific email clients.
NOTE: To avoid error messages, it's a good idea to first
delete your existing wildblue.net or exede.net account on your phone before
setting up the new account.

I also printed off the instructions, I was able to send 2 emails, several hours later I went back to the I pad to send another e mail and the error messages were there again, incorrect user name or password!!!!!!!!! Is it because we have more than one device with the same e mail and password? This is still a problem, I pad WILL NOT SEND E MAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DISGUISTED!!!
