I need to get an account entry for my account and run out of gb's

I cannot get access to my account, I have tried to use my wild blue & exede codes and cannot get anywhere, i have been having trouble with this since I lost my wildblue e-mail account, now i have got a slow down on my internet.yet i am paying the monthly charges

my name is Donald Coates address is [removed], I have been paying over $60.00 a month, but I have no idea what the total access of I am getting , I guess that I need to update my account, my exide/wildblue acct. # was [removed], please help me.
