I just want out of the contract I had to sign to get this crappy service, per the unexplainable loss of data monthly. Even when internet is turned off to my devices. It seems that Excede has a system problem with everyones data. I lose mine, Been told it's my smart tv, so I disconnect internet to it. Data still disappears. turn off internet to Game console, data still disappears. Turn off internet to IPAD, data still disappears. Turn off internet to PC before powering down, Data still disappears. How, when all internet to devices is turned off, does data disappear. I do not see how it can continue to be my fault, when it's all off. I just need help getting out of this contract. I am a disabled person on fixed income. I cannot afford $15 per month times 13 remaining months. I do not want more reasons why it's my equiptment, I want out. I cannot comprehend how the Better business bureau hasn't shut this company down for deceptive business practices. I want out from under this sham of a company. Open for suggestions on that only
