Not happy with service

I just want out of the contract I had to sign to get this crappy service, per the unexplainable loss of data monthly. Even when internet is turned off to my devices. It seems that Excede has a system problem with everyones data. I lose mine, Been told it's my smart tv, so I disconnect internet to it. Data still disappears. turn off internet to Game console, data still disappears. Turn off internet to IPAD, data still disappears. Turn off internet to PC before powering down, Data still disappears. How, when all internet to devices is turned off, does data disappear. I do not see how it can continue to be my fault, when it's all off. I just need help getting out of this contract. I am a disabled person on fixed income. I cannot afford $15 per month times 13 remaining months. I do not want more reasons why it's my equiptment, I want out. I cannot comprehend how the Better business bureau hasn't shut this company down for deceptive business practices. I want out from under this sham of a company. Open for suggestions on that only

My suggestion is to polotely speak to a company rep....explain your situation....I bet they knock off 50 or 100 are going to have to pay something.

And pay it and he done if your not happy. Thats my advice.

you can unplug the lan cable from the back of the modem and it will still use data, you can shut it all completely off and unplug the modem and guess what? it will still use data (at least mine does) and if your thinking about using hughes or dish it is actually worse, I would attempt to correct the problem if you have no other options such as cable,dsl,ect.  did you sign any contract? I never seen one.

You have only been to this forum one time, today.  There may be a problem with your system that needs to be checked by Exede.  If you have only called customer service then you have not exhausted your remedies to correct the problem.  The social media team at Exede have far more resources to discover what may be a problem and get it fixed than customer service.  You should give them a chance to make you a happy customer.  Send an email describing the problem and what you have done to fix it on your end and Exede will check their equipment and notify you of their findings.  You may be pleasantly surprised.  Send the email to and include your account number and contact information so they can respond to you personally.
