I just had Excede installed at my home

I just had Excede installed at my home, however I cannot register as new user. It says, "We’re sorry, but the information you entered does not match the information we have on file. Please try a different phone number or email address. Please try again or contact Customer Care. (855) 463-9333. " However, I do not have telephone service yet. Will I receive an email and if so, when?
