When this problem with erroneous suspension happens, it is faster to call exede to get it fixed...they can immediately fix the problem when you call, rather than having to wait for your email to be reviewed at firstname.lastname@example.org, which can be especially important if it is a weekend or in the evening--if you send an email at those times you will definitely have to wait for your problem to be corrected rather than getting your service back right away.
