At 1:30 today, 10/12/15, I had used 14.1 of my data. By 4:00 the same day, I received a message that I was going into Liberty pass. I had used 18. How can this be? Please look at my system and tell me what is causing this. I cannot continue at this rate???
Send an email to email@example.com asking for a general breakdown of where the data was used. Notice we always say to send that email... ever wonder why??? The email goes to someone with resources to dowhatever it takes to make you happy with your Exede Internet service. If you call customer care, they read from a script of papers in plastic protectors and can't really do anything more than read to you what the paper says. They are good at your account details and plans, but anything more than that, well, eventually you'll send that email.
