I don't have any power to my modem. I need a new power cord or modem not sure which.

You'll need to call customer service at 855-463-9333 or use one of the other direct support options at https://www.exede.com/contact-us/

I'll assume you've engaged in some minimal trouble shooting to determine if it's a blown  circuit, bad outlet, tripped GFCI, tripped surge protector, etc.
