I can't either and I have used the same account for years with same email and password info--now suddenly it says wrong password or user name is incorrect!!!!!!!!!!what ta hell????/

Hi Peggy. We are experiencing issues with the actual site. If it's saying wrong password but otherwise loading properly please call us at 855-463-9333 and we can reset it for you

To begin with my name is not Peggy, It  is Patsy..  What is the password you have?  I got your email so I know you have it.

Hi Patsy, I was actually replying to Peggy's comment above (this forum emails you if comments are made). Your password will not be shared in this forum in any way shape or form. This forum isn't  tied to your account and since it's public and open internet forum, for account security purposes you'll get that information via your email to us.

well what is going on now??????got my email account straightened out --NOW CAN NOT LOG IN TO MY EXCEDE ACCOUNT TO CHECK MY USAGE OR ANYTHING--REALLY???????????SAYS MY PASSWORD AND USER NAME ARE WRONG?????HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE SEND ME MY USER NAME AND PASSWORD FOR MY EXCEDE ACCOUNT--ASAP--DO NOT WANT TO SPEND ANOTHER HOUR ON THE PHONE WITH SOMEONE TO FIX THIS --PLEASE FIX  ASAP--OMG

They have been having technical issues with some beames or satellites or something as far as account management and email goes the last couple of days. Maybe yours is one that's being affected today.

I have not got a bill in 6 months, they just take it out of my account no explanation or anything. Now my phone doesn't work..

Hello Patsy,

Exede is a 100% paperless billing company. We do not send bills and when you sign up you're automatically enrolled in autopay. You can access your billing and payment options anytime at my.exede.net (you'll need to register if you've never used the site before)

Seems to be working for me now,  I assume there was a server update or something that's causing the repeated issues of late. It happens and, not just to Viasat. I've been part of testing stuff that worked perfectly in testing, then flopped big time when it went live. Things can sneak past the best of us and go live, only to make themselves obvious then and, only then can someone get in there and fix the glitches.
