I am unable to set up my existing e-mail acct. on a new computer?

I have an exede.net mail account. I have purchased a new computer and can not seem to get the e-mail account set up. I put all information in and it appears like I have an account, but it is not receiving mail.

You should be able to access it from this address http://go.wildblue.net/ if you're using a mail client you'll have to manually set it up. This link tells you how to do just that http://help.exede.net/articles/General/POP-IMAP-settings-for-Exede-and-WildBlue-email you can also call us at 855-463-9333 if you'd rather be walked through on how to do this
