My service is the worst and I need it right now. Impossible to do anything after 3pm and I’m beyond frustrated. I want to talk to a live person about this.

Well you call customer service.

You can also email Viasatlistens@viasat.com (include your account number).

But depending on your plan and how much data you have used I wouldn't have very high expectations to get something changed. They might try to sell you a costlier plan too.

Satellite internet has been hit hard by everyone staying at home to work and study. Bandwidth is finite and can't be added to without a lot of time and expense. It probably isn't going to get better any time soon. If it doesn't work for you I would explore other options if available.
