I am currently on Hold for 1 hour and 23 minutes to Cancel my Exede Account.

I am currently on Hold for 1 hour and 23 minutes to Cancel my Exede Account. I ask to speak with a Supervisor because they billed me today and will not credit my account. I would like to speak to someone.. Does anyone work there??

Does anyone work there??
"Work" is such a figurative word.  It can mean many things, like working to get the coffee machine to fill the cup up all the way on break, if not, try another until it gets it right, or, work at getting the music-on-hold  volume just right so nobody in the room has to hear it, (let it play a full round again, just to make sure), or work on getting the phones blinking "hold" light to send a neat code to your co-workers, or work at getting your headset to easily slide off if you nod off, or work at verifying the "expected wait-time" clock is accurate,  Work at ignoring the telephone for 1 hour and 33 minutes to spy out the water cooler to see who drinks from those tiny cups or who brings their own and fills up. Sheesh... the list can go on and on for a call center worker, so yes, lots of people work at exede, they're working right now and dang hard at it  too!
