I am constantly having to reset my modem. What's the deal?

Multiple times per day I have to reset the modem. Top light is on with the second light flashing. What gives?

I have.  Repeated emails.  Same problems.  Slow speed.  Repeated reboots.  Modem, BRAND NEW MODEM, just rebooted for the 5th time since 7AM. 

I'm looking for answers and getting zip from Exede so I thought I'd ask Andy what his resolution was.
