We have a variety of options for getting in touch with us, as well as for getting info on your service. Here’s a roundup of what’s available now and a few things in the works for the future.

  • This Forum: In addition to all of our customers on here, this forum is monitored 7 days a week by our social media Care team, based in Denver. They typically respond within an hour or two during business hours.
  • Live Chat: You can hop on a chat with an agent following this link.
  • Email: You can use this link or email the social media team at
  • Facebook: The same team that monitors this forum also keeps a close eye on our Facebook page. Even so, this forum is a better place to get quicker responses from our agents or the forum champions here.
  • Phone: If you need to talk, you can always call 855-463-9333. We’ve got a new phone system that we think will work a lot better than the old one and reduce wait times.
  • Snail Mail: Sure, if you want:

Coming Soon

  • EasyChat – a FacebookMessenger bot: This is an interesting new tool we’ve been working on following Facebook’s introduction of this last spring. The bot uses artificial intelligence and natural language to give you data updates, usage alerts and more. You’ll validate it with the phone number associated with your account, and the bot will offer prompts to get you what you need (including a link to live agent chat if you need it). It may not be for everyone, but we think some folks who already use Messenger will find it useful.
  • If you’d like to test out a similar bot, just go intoMessenger and look for the HiPoncho weather bot or the CNNnews bot. The Exede EasyChat bot will be ready pretty soon – and we’ll give users on this forum a heads-up when it’s ready to try.
  • Text Messaging: Usage and billing alerts via SMS text. Coming soon!
  • MyExede Tools: Now in beta as ‘MyESVT,’ MyExede Tools will include a better usage meter that will give you lots more info on your data usage. It’ll also have more troubleshooting tools and other neat features that’ll help you better track and manage your account.
