How long after my data usage resets for the new billing cycle does it take to see my amount due online?

Since you are billed (and payment made) a month in advance you should assume your next bill will be the same as the one just paid unless you change plans or buy extra GB's...I have never seen "next month's bill" in advance of the actual billing..

You can also view your billing history and the amount you just paid online after midnight of your billing date:

I would expect my bill to be cheaper than last month's because last month's bill included a prorated amount seeing as it was my first bill. This still does not explain why my current bill is not showing up online.

Cathy, your bill is usually posted toward the end of the day your data resets.

It depends on what you're calling a "current" bill...you can see what you just paid online but your next bill will not be available until the end of the next billing period...you are paying a month in advance...

Hi Kathy. As wm4bama and Steve said; your bill is always a month ahead. Since we haven't seen a price increase or anything your bill will be the same each month. The only exceptions are if you change your plan during a billing cycle you'll see either a prorated credit or prorated charge depending on what was done, if you buy more priority data, and usually around February there's an annual lease recovery fee that's around $5 or so. Otherwise your bill will always be generated the same day each month and will be available to view the day it's posted at my.exede.net

you never get to see your bill, you can call the night before it is to be taken out of your acct and they don't know cause it hasn't been generated yet.   and no it's not the same every month
