From where? If Windows, typically right click on it and select Delete.

Same way if the Windows version of the Viasat browser - right click on it and select Delete - pretty much standard for most Windows applications.

Couldn't tell you if using the Android or iOS version.

I assume its Android  When I right Click on it I get Box that says "open link in new Tab , Open link in new window , Save link as , Copy Link  & more stuff ?

Just right click the shortcut (if showing under the address bar) and select delete

Like I said When I Right click on the short cut I am NOT given the option to delete it ?

Not familiar with terms, but on Opera there is a means to remove those URL items to click on that show up when bringing up Opera.  Viasat's browser does not have this feature, as shown below. 

One can add a shortcut on Chrome/Viasat, but I've never tried to delete one...maybe in config menu somewhere

Are you talking about the shortcuts that show up on the browser start page? If so, move your mouse pointer to the top right corner and click on the dots.  From the pop up box you can remove the short cut.
