How do I opt out of video throttling?

I got an email saying that unless I opt out, my video performance will be automatically reduced. I followed the instructions in the email for opting out of this performance degradation, but they don't seem to work. The email said that there's a way to turn it off from My Account on your website (I can't find one), or texting "video" to a text number (nothing happened). Thanks.

Some other people have posted that it seems to be a feature that is rolling out in waves. If you followed the directions, my bet is the feature hasn’t quite made it to your account yet.

For me, I didn't see the option to opt out until 24 hours after I received the email.  My guess is you will see it on your account page sometime tomorrow.

It took about 3 days after I received the email before it showed up. Wen I tested "VIDEO" to the number 20715 it returned a message that video data extender was not available on my plan.

As Stephen stated, you will get it soon, and will see the option on the Dashboard, as Jim16 posted above.
