How am i suppose to get help resetting password/or/username if i can't even get into my email?

I was in my email and had to do a restart and after it came back up it was a total new login page and said my info was invalid, tried doing username and password reset but still nothing works. Now if you send me suggestions to my inbox, i'll have no idea what it is since i cant get into my inbox.

Send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com and either Brad, Diana or Lindsey will get back with you and get you reset. Include your account number or contact information tied to your account.

It's always handy to have 2 different email accounts. I have gmail account and a wildblue email account. Use them both.
