House depleted bank account I have nothing to eat.

House burned , called rep he documented disaster from news page online and said they would waive termination fee. Now few days later, find out no money in bank account because was charged for termination, modem, and whatever else they added on over $200 . We have 6 children and cannot afford to be taken advantage of while in the middle of a disaster. Now not only do I have to work 40 hrs a week, inventory 2500 sq ft from memory, try to make an 800 sq ft rental house that was left in shambles a home, take care of my 6 kids, but I also have to take time out from all that to go fax a copy of the fire report and return the dish, and figure out how to feed a family of 8 on $20 with absolutely NO appliances until I get paid again at the end of the month. I will be 100% sure I never do business with this company or any other company associated with this one again, and will make sure everyone I know knows about this as well.

Go to Click on "Wildblue forum." I can respond in a private message there which I can't do here. I may be able to help or at least refer you to some help. I think you will find that forum more user friendly and there seem to be more informed users there who are ready and willing to help. good luck.

why does help come after the fact .. Losing a home is 1 worse things to happen...I feel; ya'll need to work on customer service knowledge and skills ..Have had so many problems with your service as am now with trying hook up phone .. Contract  up soon   will change companys 4 sure
