Help with internet connection

My internet has not been working since it was installed two weeks ago (bundle through DirecTV). They said to use the existing PW (the one I previously used for TWC) and it does not work. I have no idea what to do. I cannot log into my phone to use it, can't get on my laptop and cannot get movies on demand on DirectTV (I followed all the prompts on DirecTV to install the internet and nothing). Help. My name is Jackie Debagio.

Hi Jackie, I'm not sure what password you are referring.  In order to use our service, it does not require a password if you are connected directly from the modem to your computer.   If it is the router, you will need to contact the router manufacture and they can assist you with your password. Exede does not require any passwords to access the internet. I think your problem is with your wireless router, if you don't know the password, then you will meed to reset the wireless router to its factory settings, and then reconfigure the security passwords and SSID name. You should be able to access the internet by connecting your laptop or desktop directly to the Exede modem using an Ethernet cable.
