My internet has not been working since it was installed two weeks ago (bundle through DirecTV). They said to use the existing PW (the one I previously used for TWC) and it does not work. I have no idea what to do. I cannot log into my phone to use it, can't get on my laptop and cannot get movies on demand on DirectTV (I followed all the prompts on DirecTV to install the internet and nothing). Help.
