Help setting up Email

I go to to try to set up our email, I put in the temporary User ID and Password, and it tells me I need to Click to finish Activation. When I go to click to activate my account, I get a 404 page error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Austin, have you tried going to and then clicking on How to Set up your Email?

When I put in the info the guy who set up our service gave us, It says username or password is invalid.

My mom setup my account while I was at work and deleted my welcome email so I dont have the info needed to set it up
