I'm unable to get into my website for work. Our tech support says it's some kind of security setting on your end, The site is: http://myacosta.acosta.com/.

It's not working for me. Had the same issue last time I changed providers.

Glen, have you tried connecting your computer directly to your modem via the Ethernet cable? If this works, then it is your router causing the problem.

I don't have a password on the wireless modem and that is probably it, but I haven't had one on it in a couple years. I had Hughes net and I believe I called in when I switch to them because I had the same problem. They did something and I never had a problem again.

This site loads fine for me, and I can get the sign in page to load also. It may be settings in your router that need changing.

Are you having problems AFTER logging in? The regular link works fine on my end as well.

No, I am not able to get logged in. It just pops the box back up on the screen and says authentication is required. Even though I have updated my username and password for the site it doesn't seem to be recognizing that I'm even entering anything. The tech support guy from Augusta Ported in and looked at a bunch of things and finally said that it was some kind of security thing on excedes end. I seem to remember having the same problem when I first switch from Verizon to HughesNet.

OK so there's probably a problem with secure sites loading if the main page loads and just doesn't appear after trying to log in. Are you able to log into other things like email, online banking, Amazon or Netflix or anything like that? If so we might have to try a few things on our end like turning off our web accelerator or having our Network Operations Center look into this. Please call us at   855-463-9333 when you have a moment to troubleshoot this.

Goes without saying that you should also try cleaning your history and cookies and trying first too.
