Can't access the "local" data usage applet.  I'm sent to this link:

https://myaccount.wildblue.net:8443/wbisp/wildblue.net/

which is the very link where I'm never able to log in, so I have called tech support and reset my password, but I STILL can't login there with the supposed good working info (I can log in to webmail - which is useless since I have gmail run all my email accounts including this one).

So, anyone can give me a REAL data applet link, a usable one that I can log in to with my current good username and password?

Vicki, not sure what you are looking for, but here are the links you need:

Data Meter/Customer Portal/Customer Dashboard  https://my.exede.net

Exede Tool My eSVT:  https://myesvt.exede.net/

Thanks, but that doesn't let me log in with the current good info either.  I guess I'll have to call tech support again.

Steve's links sound like what you're looking for. Sounds like a credential reset sounds like what's needed and if you call in that all can be reset for you

Thanks.  After looking at that page some, I believe the issue is that I've never actually set up login info on exede.net (just webmail).  But since I'll be setting my desktop back up tomorrow (as it seems we're not going to have to evacuate again), I'll just wait until then to try to set it up as a new user.  I couldn't get the registration page to advance beyond the first page (using my wildblue account number and trying both the phone number and email associated with my account).  Whether this is an issue with my laptop not being set up with proper permissions in the browser (since I really only use it in emergencies), or whether I will really have to call to set up new user login info, I don't know yet, but I'll try again tomorrow with my "real" computer.
