Gold 12 with 65 gigs. . . Wait for it.. . $200 a month!!!!!! Where is all this good will that people here keep saying that Viasat possesses??? 18 months ago the Freedom Plan was 150 gigs for $100. And for years we were promised the holy grail with Viasat 2 and now we are days away from a full year since launch and plans have steadily declined and prices have steadily increased. Complete and utter deception and lies going back years. Either this company has piss poor management and /or marketing or they all see us as the desperate suckers we are to subscribe to this service. Cue the people saying this is an overreaction and just be patient. Even if VS-2 covered the entire country who cares when 65 gigs at 12 mb/s is $200.

I got nothing other than to say the problems with Viasat-2 have to be more extensive than they have revealed publicly. I am sure there are a few other on here that agree with that sentiment.

I'be been waiting , watching this unfold , there is no conspiracy here, its simply a deployment gone bad with less than stellar results and the company reacting to it , its a huge bump in the road but life has to go on . The company is not publicly commenting on its issues, its bad for business , as far as lost their minds on pricing that remains to be seen , if they offer those speeds on vsat2 without congestion it would be a bargain in my eyes as I pay 387 month for a T1 for 1.5 mbps , I either pay that or drive to work 4 days a week for a 150 mile round trip  daily and loose 3.5 hours a day in a car . if they are offering that on vsat1 which has known congestion issues that's irresponsible and borderline criminal but the dealers and installers should be stepping up and saying something at that point 

all that said the company does have some issues and needs to mature, from the outside looking in their customer support model is horrible, the dealers  and contractors installing the systems definitely need some work ( not to say there aren't good dealers ) I'm just struggling to find one , hopefully they get the issues straightened out and move on ,
