Frustrated with service

I have been a customer for about three years and I even got my mom to switch to Exede. We literally live 50ft apart and we have the exact same package and she has faster internet than me!!! I also have a phone through Exede that only works half the time. I pay $107 a month and it's pretty ridiculous that it doesn't work half the time. My internet is always going out for no reason. I have called to have someone come to my house and help me situate the equipment to a better place,(due to heat reasons) and when the technician got to town a hour late, he called and said everything was working fine on his end and didn't even come to my home. That wasn't the point, I pay extra for the protection plan and I had just had surgery, when I called and made the appointment I was told that someone would be coming to my house. So I'm paying for internet and a phone that works when they want to, and a protection plan that's not being honored. All this for the low, low price of $107 a month... what a joke!!! All I'm ever told is to upgrade to a bigger package. I get a little over $700 a month, that's right, you already are getting most of it. Plus if I upgrade I will lose three hours of free internet. Why did Exede even do that to their loyal customers? I'm beyond frustrated with my internet that I can go back to game that's offline. I think it's time to take the hint and go full on with no internet. Thanks Exede

Yes it is. I'm disabled and I live alone and need something, but Exede doesn't care about their customers as long as they get their money. Sad!!!

I wish that I could disagree with you but I am having my own nightmare . I cannot wait to wake up in 19 months when my contract ends.

I have been posting numerous complaints of frustration with this horrible internet company going on 3 years now. There are too many dissatisfied customers who should not have to switch and notify the entire world of a new email address due to exede's incompetence!!!!!! Also... They remove complaints which is an outrage! I am burned out from contacting their so-called customer service!!!

Please send us an email to exedelistens@viasat.com and we can look into your account for you and see what we can do to help. We do have more modestly priced plans so you're not spending as much each month and we can also see if we can find any problems on our end that could be causing your frustrations. We can also look into what happened on that requested service call.
