Our data is gone before or by mid-month and now I can no longer work from home through a VPN which used to never be and issue. This is something that has been getting worse over the last several months, but according to customer service all my equipment is working perfectly and it is my fault because my computer is downloading updates even though that is scheduled for 2 a.m. which is supposed to "free" time. I now have had to buy more data for my phone plan because we cannot connect with wifi anymore. Every month I wonder why I am paying for service that I can't use. We have even started leaving our computer off and the data continues to be used. How is this possible when we are unable to connect through wifi? Our wireless is password protected and we do not stream movies. The service and connectivity seems to be getting slower and slower the longer we have it. From day one we have had issues, but there never seems to be a problem taking our payment. Complaining to exede seems to do no good.
