Frustated with no bandwidth, slow internet and high bills!

I am tired of slow internet, no bandwidth and high monthly bills for no service. Comcast starts laying cable in a few days!

I have the same thing, pay a high price for a bad service. We don't have any dsl or cable in this city, only satelite or a directv bundle which I don't have.   I call exede everyday complaining and I can't do anything online.  I feel your frustration.

I'm with you. I just got it a couple of weeks ago. I've spent nearly $1000 for equipment, installation, and the first two weeks of service. For nothing--can't use it because 5G disappear every day or so, so I've spent hours checking everything time and time again and chatting and talking to their agents to no avail. Can't recommend it at all

Jere, would you mind explaining what the $1,000 charges for  equipment, installation, and the first two weeks of service are. Exede standard installation is free, and I can understand the service fee for the first month or so, and the 24 month equipment lease fee, if you took that option, but that is nowhere near the $1,000 that you say you have spent. Just curious.

If you have a Liberty Plan and exceed your data limit, your speeds will slow, based on the number of gigabytes you go over. Games, videos, and streaming will always be affected as well as the time of day you are on the internet.
