Freedom plan suddenly appeared in our beam.

I was startled and surprised to see the Freedom Plan available when I went to consider bumping up to Liberty 18 for the winter.  After confirming that switching didn't trigger a new 2 year contract naturally I switched over as the 150 GB should be more than plenty for us to see our games and any other streaming we might want to do along with our regular internet  use,  it will run me about $20. more per month than I was paying for Liberty 12.

The other item though I wanted to point out to people I also noted that the price for Liberty 18 was now the same as I was currently paying for Liberty 12, once I switched over to Freedom then Liberty 12 shows up as an option for $20 less per month than I had been paying.  So my point is, it's probably a good idea to periodically check plans available on your beam and look for changes is pricing and availability of other plans.  What is no longer available here in this beam is Liberty 30 and Essential 10.

Before anyone jumps on about Exede not informing current customers about price changes, although all of us will agree it's probably not the greatest for customer relations, it's common practice among all big corporate operations.  We recently had a similar change with Verizon, switched to a better plan than we had for $50. less per month including my husband getting a new phone in that new pricing.  So just keep checking periodically for better prices and plans.
