Again, my speed of 5.3Mbps is absolutely ridiculous for having Exede12!! I don't want a customer service rep to answer this thing with 'Oh, please contact me/us so we can discuss what the problem is.'...I have just stated the problem...*AGAIN*...I'm paying and exhorbitant amount of money for this and want my speed back! Fix it!!

How are they supposed to try to fix your problem if they have no idea who you are? Hence the "please contact us with your info"

5.3?, I have barely had over 1.5 fr a month, less than ONE mbps for last two nights, tech support repeatedly sites..."congestion"
