Last night my husband noted that his Facebook setting for auto-play on video had somehow been reset to allow auto-play even though he didn't remember changing anything in his settings at all he noted videos were starting to play so he rechecked and reset this to off.  While its possible he might have done something to turn this back on by accident, just wanted to give people a heads up to keep an eye on this setting in case some sort of changes are being made on Facebook again that might turn this back on.

Hi Jacqueline, I don't think that it was changed by accident. I noticed today that my FB was playing videos, and when I checked the Settings, the Video Auto Play had been turned back on. I am the only one using this computer, my cat isn't technologically inclined, so I am sure this is something that Facebook has done, AGAIN, resetting some of the settings. They have done this in the past. Just something that all of us on limited data internet should check.

Same thing happened to my wife on her computer.  Auto-play had been re-enabled.

Hi Jacqueline, Thank you for sharing this so others are aware! Seems like this is an issue with Facebook settings just wanting you to watch those videos.
