Extremly tired of this!

This has gotten ridiculous!! Again!! We up graded to 12Gb so we would make it through the month, last month it was gone in 4 days! This month got 12 on the 1st and by 4 PM it was all gone!There is a BIG problem here, and it's not all on my computer, every since we upgraded we go through even more data than we did before, even when we're not home! Something needs to be done, wish I had time to spend 45 minutes trying to get someone on the phone about this but will have to wait til the morning. Really tired of paying 75 dollars a month for snail speed!
