Experiencing Service Issues With Exede Internet

So I currently have the Liberty plan and even when I have all of my data available this service is horrible. You all promote lighting fast speeds and this and that and it is nothing, but crap! Believe me when I get the first opportunity that another service is offered I will gladly pay my months of my plan that I will have to pay to get out to go to either Time Warner or AT&T. I have also called a tech that provides service calls and they never showed as well. When I call in as well takes forever and a day to get someone on the line. So thanks for the crap service!

THEY HAVE TAKEN EVERY ONES DATA! SAME THING LIBERTY PASS BS.THEY SHOW I'VE USED ALL OF MINE AT 12 GB. I HAVE A 27 GB PLAN THAT'S NOT EVEN ON THEIR WEBSITE ANY LONGER!
I was out of service for 3 days then off and on for a week due to an outage on their 'beam'. I barely use 17 gb a month. They are really screwed up!!!
