Then it says... "If this is not an equipment swap, click on the cancel button and either start provision again with the correct customer code or, if necessary, call the appropriate installation support team." and has a place for the INSTALLER ID number and CONFIRM is the only button beside CANCEL. Confirm does nothing. Cancel does nothing. Now our computer is not working and wont start up in safe mode. We have a SURFBEAM and CISCO Router.
