Existing customer equipment swap?

Would not find the internet today. Said I had to put in my customer ID number and showed the MAC Address for our PC. I put in the customer number and hit next and then it said ... IMPORTANT: Before clicking the confirm button, validate the customer location information displayed below and confirm that an equipment swap is in progress. WHICH IT WAS NOT as far as i Know? Then it says... "If this is not an equipment swap, click on the cancel button and either start provision again with the correct customer code or, if necessary, call the appropriate installation support team." and has a place for the INSTALLER ID number and CONFIRM is the only button beside CANCEL. Confirm does nothing. Cancel does nothing. Now our computer is not working and wont start up in safe mode. We have a SURFBEAM and CISCO Router.

Your best bet, and fastest would be to call support at 855-463-9333 and tell them what is going on.

Hello Ka,

For some reason it sounds as if you may have received an activation screen. I would suggest calling into our Customer Care at 866.945.3258 so we can get this issue taken care of as soon as possible.
