I am now on my 4th reboot the modem in 3 hours you are blocking my posts because I'm speaking the truth. and don't give the generic Leave your email info I tried and nowhere do you let people leave that information. I've had this service for 23 days and I've had NOTHING but problems with it oh and so you know I'm coping this so I can just keep posting it to all social media sites

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with your service.  This is unusual.  We are an Elite Dealer for Exede and have over 600 clients and growing everyday!  A bad piece of gear must have found it's way to you.  Have you contacted our 24 hour technical support department @ 866-945-3258?  If not give them a call.  You are still under warranty and it will not cost you anything for the service call since it is under 90 days.

Try that route first or if you already have, send me an email with the phone number that is on your account and I can pull up your modem to see what is going on and then contact you.  Unfortunately, we do receive bad parts once in a while.  Nevertheless, we want ALL of our customers to have a GREAT experience.
