With Exede Voice, if you use all of your monthly data of Exede Internet, will it affect Exede Voice?

Hi Leonard,  No, if you are throttled, your voice service is not interrupted.  You are able to continue to take and receive calls.  If you are able to receive or make calls please send an email to exedelistens@visat.com.

Exede Voice does not impact your data usage in any way. It is a separate service. The voice interface box comes before your Exede data modem in the line from the dish, so there is no way the data modem can even measure the voice service. Your data modem contains the usage meter that Exede uses to track your usage.

Absolutely wrong in the connection order.
The ExedeVoice adapter should be the first thing connected to the Ethernet port of your SurfBeam modem.  The other Ethernet port of the phone adapter continues the Internet to your router or computer and both Ethernet ports of the phone adapter are clearly marked as to which cable goes where. There is no possible way to directly connect the the dish to the phone adapter.

P.S. After you have had ExedeVoice for 6 months or more, the phone adapter box is yours to keep,  you bought it.

Craig is correct. I was thinking of the wireless router, not the modem.   The voice adapter comes first between the modem and the router is what I meant to say.  Apologies for any confusion caused.
