With Easy Care you should have received the Easy Care customer phone number.

Lacking that you'll need to contact ViaSat (the company behind the Exede product) at one of the support options shown at the link below:

You can also email one of the moderators (ViaSat employees) at exedelistens@viasat.com and they can provide some private assistance.

This isn't a direct support community, it's a public customer-to-customer self help forum.

Historically there's very little we (your fellow customers) can do about your slow speeds except to commiserate if you're on an overloaded spot beam - we can however offer some tips to make the most of what little bandwidth you may be sharing on a crowded spot beam. However not much can be done if you've already exceeded your monthly data allotment (have to rule that out first). For example those would be considered acceptable speeds if you're on Liberty Plan and in Liberty Pass mode (even then slower speeds can be expected during peak usage hours while on Liberty Pass)

Minimizing any unwanted data usage that you may be unaware of has two benefits: your monthly allotment goes further and once you do go over the experience can be a little more enjoyable.
