exede service is good..... as long as your install and salesman are good also

When a salesman is honest and fully explains the expectations and limits of the service to the customer......and then the installer does a correct job, with aplroved materials ane follows the rules of a approved install you will be happy....hands down.

Any one who complains, there is always a coalation with a failure in one of these chains of events.

I agree with you Kaotic, when you receive valid information from all parties involved and your installation is set up perfectly you will have a great total customer experience.

I agree, my issue was/is an issue with an installer/bad modem (which the installer should be able to identify).  However I have identified this fact and informed exede of same and they sent the same installer as the time before (after having requested them not do that).   It would be great if someone would fix that.

I agree also Kaotic because for both my Wildblue Dish and my Exede dish when switched from Wildblue to Exede. The installers did a great job. Then when installer came and changed out Tria they did a great job. Made sure everything was just right. So I have been very lucky getting good guys comingout and working on dish, etc. Hope my luck NEVER runs out because sounds like things aren't done as good in some cases.
