Exede is NOT the fastest internet service as they claim. Infact it is the slowest with problems every single day. Very unhappy since I started a year ago...i have no other internet options so Im forced to deal with them. There's too many down time..so Im paying for down time not to mention Im losing on my online business because I cant have access. Very poor customer service people who are arrogant and unprofessional. Their billing is inaccurate. I just paid my bill and my data is already 78% used...how can?.. it's has always been like that....suspects they are billing me for the data usage while on free pass..they are rolling it over to next billing any free pass data used to the next billing.
