Once you fulfill your two year agreement, you are free to cancel at anytime without penalty. You do not sign up for another two year commitment.

Well then Brad can affirm we are correct. With the disclaimer that if somebody moved to the new Viasat-2 platform there might be a new commitment because a new modem, tria, and dish repointing will be required.

If you choose a plan that requires the new equipment, and to have your dish repointed to VS2, then yes, there will likely be a new contract to be signed.

It would be very similar to a move order.  We don't charge you to move (or migrate to VS2), but a new contract will be required.

He'll believe Bev and she's just a standard Champion with after-hours editing capability for when people post personally identifiable information here.  There again, maybe he's right... would she lie?  Of coursed not, so his trust in her is well placed.

No love for me, eh? :-)

I think to answer your question completely, I'd need more information.

Are you just continuing your service as is? *edit- after the 24 months*  Then there is no need to sign another contract.  Service continues as usual with no change, minus a contract.

Are you changing your data plan?  There is no requirements to do this, just call Care at 855-463-9333!

Are you moving to a different address?  Yes, a new contract needs to be signed.  But there's no direct charges to you when doing this.

Are you moving your dish, but at the same address?  That's simply a type of service call under your current contract.

In any event, signing a contract does not not include a seperate charge.
