I am still struggling with the relatively low data cap as I came from a home with fiberoptic and 400GB/mo, but I wanted to say that I was very impressed with the Exede Customer Service response to a recent problem. I had hit my 25 GB limit a few days before my monthly reup and was using the internet on data restriction. When the meter reset last night, I had my full 25 GB but the speed was still at the restricted level (pretty much the same as a dialup). I e-mailed Customer Service and, even though they only committed to addressing it within 24 hours, they took care of it in about 15 minutes, by reseting the modem a couple of times and then sending me an e-mail that it had been fixed. Thank you, Debbie T! I figure if we are free to post complaints, we should let everyone know when they do a good job, like this.
