Excede seems to be legal pirates. We have had many of the same issues as others. I would also like to add that we were told we were using all of our data within the first 48 hours of the billing period. Supposedly ITunes was updated and used all of our data. After many lengthy conversations, the one that topped the cake, was we were told that they could not provide a service that you could go on the internet everyday. When we canceled, we were turned over to collections immediately We did pay $20 thinking it would at least keep it out of collections. Within a week we were contacted by a collection company and threatened with a lawsuit. We are still paying $20 a month. I really can not believe that the FCC lets this company stay in business and continually disappoint and take advantage of honest, hard working people. It is truly a shame.
