Every Month by the the 3rd or 4th my usage is critical, 70% used.

Unable to understand nor verify the usage of our GB, not even in the State, no computers home and yet we have ,AGAIN, used 70% by the 3rd of June. Our cut off is the 24th of the month.

Do you have a router? Is it secure? Could someone have gotten the password? Do you use other devices like cell phones and tablets on a home wifi router? Do you have Dish or DTV receivers connected, Roku, NetFlix, etc? Gaming consoles, smart TVs?

Have you checked https://myesvt.exede.net/ to see what your data was used for and, by which applications?

If so and you still don't understand email exedelistens@viasat.com with you questions and account information and, somone there will be happy to expalin what each type of usage is and, what sort of devices used your connection or, at least what applications those devices used on your connection.
