I had your service for 1 day and cancelled. I received the box to return the equipment and promptly did so. I even had it shipped certified to be sure I had proof(especially when dealing with this company). Now I am being told the modem was not returned. Seriously! Why would I keep something I have no use for. I followed the equipment return instructions to the T. It looked exactly as the diagram instructed! I have read many forums about this company claiming the modem or TRIA was not returned when indeed it was.This is very unsettling if not completely fraudulent and unethical company practices!
